Which channel to use
- A table for six or fewer
- Book on OpenTable, which holds live availability, or call during service. Walk-ins are welcome whenever the room allows, though Friday and Saturday evenings usually fill.
- A table for seven or more
- Large parties are arranged by phone so we can set the room and agree a menu in advance. Call (956) 929-4634 and ask for the reservations book.
- A private event
- Celebrations, corporate dinners, rehearsal dinners and wine dinners go through the private events form. Include the date, the headcount and any dietary requirements and we will come back with menus and pricing.
- The Chef's Table
- The tasting menu at the pass is built for a specific evening, so it is arranged by phone rather than booked online.
- Press, suppliers and careers
- Write to info@blubrasserie.com with the subject line naming what it is about. Messages sent outside service hours are answered on the next service day.
Finding us
We are on the second floor of the Mercado District in North McAllen, off N 23rd Street. Parking is on site and free to guests. There is a lift to the dining room, and the room itself is step-free and wheelchair accessible.
If a map is easier than an address, the coordinates are 26.2346, −98.2461. We serve the wider Rio Grande Valley — Pharr, Edinburg, Mission and Brownsville are all within a short drive.
Dress code is smart casual. There is no jacket requirement, and there never has been.
